Warm up on the practice field

Training: (skills/drills, speed/agility, tactics, strategies, positional play, scrimmages)

Lunch (buffet of typical Costa Rican and American fare)

Option1
Training: (skills/drills, speed/agility, tactics, strategies, positional play, scrimmages strength, conditioning, plyometrics. )

 
Option 2
Open-air, outdoor (weather permitting) small group language instruction, including local field trips to practice language skills in real-life settings, such as stores, parks, markets, etc.
4:15–5:15
Free time to relax by the pool, gym, etc.
5:15–6:15
Dinner (buffet of typical Costa Rican and American fare)

Game nights:

Bus departure for Ricardo Saprissa Stadium

Scrimmage against and with Saprissa youth development teams

Non-game nights:

On nights when games are not scheduled, our student athletes will be free to enjoy the facilities of Los Jaules, such as the indoor pool and jacuzzi, gymnasium and weight room. Video tape review will be available for team coaching sessions.

Excursions:

Excursions will be day trips with all meals included, returning in the evening. Trips will be scheduled to allow the student athletes proper time to rest and have fun, while enjoying the unique and exciting activities that Costa Rica has to offer.
